Kit Smith, who joined us in February 2024, excels in scheduling and finds great satisfaction in managing the complexities of coordinating multiple tasks while addressing each client’s unique needs. She looks ahead to upcoming services, communicates with clients about anticipated arrivals, and organizes daily routes for technicians. Based in Great Bend, Kit embraces her role as an all-around professional chaos coordinator. She supports her husband Shane in the family business, volunteers with their church and CKCA, and enjoys time with her children, Eli, Jackson, and Gunner.
